Varicose veins

Troublesome swollen veins that can be associated with unpleasant complications

Varicose veins are very common and the most frequent reason for patients to seek help from a vascular surgeon.

The swollen, blue, aching veins, that if left untreated, can lead to skin damage, including eczema, brown staining, inflammation and eventually ulceration.

Early varicose vein treatment can prevent many of the complications that can develop.
